Attention!!! You may now apply for your re-examination on-line!!!!

We are rapidly approaching our licensure renewal window.
We will be mailing all renewal postcard reminders no later than January 30, 2013. Remember, most licenses expire on April 30, 2013.

CEU Requirements
If you have not completed your required amount of continuing education, you should begin making arrangements now! Please do not wait until the last minute when all classes are full and unavailable. You may search the status of your ceu’s at http://ocp.dep.state.fl.us/default.asp.

CEU Splitting
Please note that the splitting of CEU’s is no longer allowed. An example of this would be a management course worth 4.0 ceus. These ceu’s cannot be split into 2.0 for water and 2.0 for wastewater if you are dually licensed. If you have any questions regarding this, please call the Certification and Restoration Program at 850-245-7500.

Venice wastewater treatment plantFlorida Statutes require anyone who operates a drinking water treatment plant or a domestic wastewater treatment plant to be licensed by FDEP. Beginning May 1, 2011, licensure for Water Distribution System Operators becomes mandatory. To qualify for licensure an applicant must meet minimum educational and work experience requirements for each class of license. A passing score is required on the exam for the type and level license desired.

You may now renew your license on-line and pay with your credit card. It’s fast and simple. In addition to using this site to renew your license, you may also check the status of your license(s) and CEU’s in addition to verifying your current mailing address. All you need is your pin number which is printed on the renewal notice that was mailed to you.  Your employer may also use this site to renew your license(s) with the company credit card. Once your license has been renewed, we will mail your license to you within about 4-5 weeks.
