Comment Policy

Stakeholders are invited to provide comments, suggestions and concerns.

All comments will be reviewed, and DEP staff have been encouraged to respond to individual comments. DEP values input from all stakeholders and will carefully consider each response received. The public is also welcome to send comments directly to staff members.

We encourage comments that are positive and constructive. Comments that contain offensive or abusive language, personal attacks, endorsements of any product, service, group or business, solicitations or advertisements or personal, sensitive or confidential information will not published.

Stakeholders may always read forum comments. To submit comments, stakeholders must become a member of the forum. Required information will include first name, last name and email address. Members will select their own password.
