Delineation of Landward Extent of Wetlands and Surface Waters

Amend chapter to list slash pine and gallberry as "facultative" or "neutral" indicators on the state's wetland plant list. This will allow these plants to be considered neutral for the purpose of assessing the on-site plant community when delineating wetlands and surface waters under Ch. 62-340. This change will bring the state and federal wetland boundaries closer together in streamlining the two programs.
