The Florida Guidance Manual for Pretreatment Programs (FGM) is intended to provide guidance to Florida public utilities and Control Authority personnel responsible for the development and implementation of a local pretreatment program. The manual is available here for download in pdf format. Each chapter download includes the appendices listed for that chapter.
