Corner of Tab Storage Tank Facility Information

Most files are available for download by county. The common field in each file is the facility identification number. Download the List of County Codes.

Many of the available files are quite large. It is recommended that you download the file(s) to your hard drive before opening the file(s).

  1. In Internet Explorer, place your cursor over the name of the file you want to download. Right click on your mouse. A window will pop up. Select "Save Target As". You will be given the option to save the file to a folder on your personal system. Select a folder and click save. Now the file is available directly from your system.
  2. In Netscape Navigator, place your cursor over the name of the file you want to download. Right click on your mouse. A window will pop up. Select "Open in New Window". You will be given the option to save the file to disk on your personal system. Select it and click ok. Select a folder and click save. Now the file is available directly from your system.

    Excel spreadsheet of all storage tank facilities registered with the Department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes facility identification number, site location information, and owner information. In the case of closed facilities - where all tanks have been removed or closed, and there is also no petroleum discharge or on-going cleanup activity, the owner data may not be current, but would represent the most recent information made available to the Department. Data is taken from the Storage Tank & Contamination Monitoring database.

  • Tank Facility Compliance Violation Summary (by Fiscal Year)

    Excel spreadsheet lists the individual storage tank violations discovered during compliance inspections for the fiscal year indicated.  Data includes a count by violation type for the number of individual violations discovered in the fiscal year, and a count of the number of individual violations that are open & pending, not resolved as of the report date.  Select to view the data by the State Summary or to view by County.  NOTE: This report is complete through FY 2004/2005 and a partial representation of data for FY 2005/2006 when tracking of Compliance information transitioned to the FIRST application.  Please contact Roberta Dusky, 850-245-8841, Roberta.Dusky@dep.state.fl.us for Compliance information available from the FIRST application.
    Beginning Feb. 13, 2006 through May 22, 2006 the tracking of Tanks Compliance data was transferred to the FIRST application in a phased deployment to each District.

    Excel spreadsheet lists the storage tank facilities where a petroleum discharge or suspected release has been reported to the Department. Information includes: facility identification number, name & address info with lat/long; facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is also a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program & compliance inspections are performed by DEP district staff). Additional report data: discharge date(s), cleanup required indicator (as per Chapter 62-770, F.A.C.), discharge score & score date, discharge cleanup status & status date.

  • Tank Facility - Regulated Mineral Acid Tanks

    Single Excel spreadsheet provides storage tank and facility data for all sites where there is located a mineral acid storage tank that is regulated by Chapter 62-761, F.A.C. Information includes: facility ID, name and address info; facility status, type, and dep contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is also a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program & compliance inspections are performed by DEP district staff); storage tank ID, capacity in gallons, placement, (underground or aboveground), installation date, content, status, status date, and a tank indicator that the system is "SW" or "DW". "DW" indicates that both the tank construction and the piping construction of the system have secondary containment.
  • Tank Facility - Regulated Retail Facilities List

    Single Excel spreadsheet provides facility data for the regulated retail storage tank facilities. Information includes: facility ID, name, address & lat/long info, a count of the number of the regulated ASTs & USTs, and a facility indicator that denotes whether all storage systems have secondary containment (FacDet = "DW"), or whether any one of the storage systems does not have secondary containment (FacDet = 'SW').

    Excel spreadsheet lists all regulated storage tank facilities where there is located active aboveground or underground storage tanks currently regulated by Chapter 62-761, F.A.C. and inspected annually. Facility data is grouped by "Account Owner", and sorted by the owner name, the facility county/city, and the facility ID. The account owner is the owner entity who has accepted responsibility for payment of the annual tank registration fees. It most instances the Account owner also "owns" the business and/or the storage tanks on site. In some instances, the Account owner is a separate entity - not the same as the owner of the facility property, the owner of the facility business, or the owner of the storage tanks. Information includes: Owner/Related Party ID, Owner/Related Party name, address, contact and phone; Facility name, county, address; facility type code (FTC) and description. There is also a facility "SW"/"DW" indicator that provides the facility's status with regard to the upgrade of storage tanks to meet secondary containment requirements. "DW" indicates that all tanks on site have been upgraded to meet these requirements; "SW" means that no tanks have been upgraded, or some - but not all tanks have been upgraded.
