I certainly do agree with zero-waste, alot more can be done in the recycling arena. My question is if recyclers cannot sell their recycled material, what are we to do. I have not sold one stick of paper since October. The future looks grim. I am trying to stay in business, not looking too good. What is being done to stabilize the recycling efforts already in place? Is the government going to bail us out...NO...What can be done?
