    Default Act to improve recycling in Florida!

    From Thursday, December 3rd 2009 through Friday, June 11th 2010, DEP has received 1,401 e-mails in the recycling.goal@dep.state.fl.us inbox, from the public via membership.services@SierraClub.org, with the following language:


    Secretary Michael Sole

    Dear Secretary Sole,

    I support the 75% recycling goal and want draft recycling plan recommendations strengthened. Recycling must be mandatory with biodegradables banned from landfills.
