Notice of Application Period for Preapproved Advanced Cleanup Program (PAC)

The Department of Environmental Protection announces it will not have a PAC Application period from May 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013.

Preapproved Advanced Cleanup Program -- is a cleanup program to provide an opportunity for site rehabilitation to be conducted on a limited basis at contaminated sites, in advance of a site's priority ranking, to facilitate property transactions or public works projects. When there is an actual application period announcement, an application shall be submitted to the department. The application shall consist of:

  • A completed PAC application;
  • A nonrefundable review fee of $250;
  • A limited contamination assessment report (LCAR Guidance)
  • A proposed course of action.
