This type of permit is for concrete batch plants, animal and human crematories, bulk gasoline plants, some surface coating operations, heating units and general purpose internal combustion engines, polyester resin plastic products fabrication, cast polymer operations, volume reduction, mercury recovery and reclamation, perchloroethylene dry cleaners, halogenated solvent degreasers, chromium electroplating and anodizing, asbestos manufacturing and fabrication, and ethylene oxide sterilizers.
