The Compliance and Enforcement Section is charged with insuring compliance with all State Statutes, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) and associated permitted conditions are complied with – this is accomplished through periodic facility inspections, complaint inspections, the review of monthly reports, effective communication, as well as any other actions that may be required to ensure that facilities comply with the associated rules and regulations and the applicable permit conditions.
