The Southeast District (SED) Waste Management Program is responsible for implementing state and federal laws related to the following.

• Construction and Installation of Aboveground and Underground Storage Tanks
• Hazardous Waste and Pollutant Spill Site Cleanup
• Hazardous Waste Management
• Solid Waste Management

Portions of the Brownfields Program and the Dry Cleaning Program are also implemented within the SED.
