The Director of the Southeast District Office of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection is the final authority in the District for all proposed and final agency actions, personnel actions, and budgetary matters. Some of these decision-making authorities are delegated by the Director to the Senior Management Team, consisting of the Assistant District Director.
