Protection Program is "the development and implementation
of a comprehensive plan that will facilitate priority corrective

and biological integrity within the South Florida ecosystem."
This will be accomplished through three phases.

existing water quality protection strategies and impacts in south
Florida.
Phase II: Development of a comprehensive
implementation plan to maintain and improve water quality.
