Power Plants - Gas

1.  Florida Power & Light (FPL) Port Everglades (PA12-57) - The application is for the construction and operation of the Port Everglades Next Generation Clean Energy Center in the City of Hollywood, Broward County.  The project will involve the dismantlement of the existing FPL Port Everglades oil-fired Units 1-4, and construction and operation of the modernized 3 on 1 natural gas-fired combined cycle unit, which will be located wholly within FPL’s existing Port Everglades Plant Property.

1.   FPL Energy Secure Pipeline (NG09-02) - consists of a mainline preferred corridor, two lateral preferred corridors, secondary corridors, and proposed aboveground facilities. The mainline preferred corridor originates in Bradford County and terminates at a point just west of Indiantown in Martin County, Florida.
