scientifically sound as traditional methods and
technologies. Subject area experts can also identify DEP
permits you’ll need to put the new technology to work
and suggest information you’ll need to provide to make
the permitting process easier.

- Request review for surface water (lakes and streams) remediation, nitrogen reduction or phosphorus reduction process or product.
- Request review for hazardous waste and petroleum cleanup process or product.
After first review, DEP may ask that you submit a complete data package.
