- Get registration assistance for petroleum storage tanks.
- Get forms for drycleaning facilities.
- Apply for or renew a permit to operate a construction and demolition debris recycling facility.
- Register or renew your registration to be a hazardous waste transporter.
- Apply to build a hazardous waste facility.
- Apply for a notification to use a General Permit for a Yard Trash Disposal Facility or Indoor Waste Processing Facility.
- Apply for a permit to construct, operate, modify or close a solid waste management facility (landfill or disposal, Class I, Class III, Construction and Demolition).
- Register to operate a public used oil collection center. Notify DEP to qualify for liability protection as a Public Used Oil Collection Center.
- Renew used oil handler or waste tire collector registration. Current license holders who are renewing registrations can also submit annual reports.
- Apply for a certification to become a recovered materials dealer.
