October Environmental Regulation Commission Meeting Cancelled

TALLAHASSEE --The Department of Environmental Protection announces cancellation of the Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) meeting originally scheduled for October 21, 2010, at the Douglas Building, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd, Tallahassee, Florida. This meeting of the ERC was intended to discuss amendments to Rule 62-302.540, F.A.C., pertaining to water quality standards for phosphorus within the Everglades Protection Area.
