The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Office of
Environmental Education will host Earth Day at the Capitol on April
20, 201225, from 9 am to 2 pm at the Florida Capitol.
Earth Day attendees include a mixed audience of elementary, middle and high
school students and community members. More than 1,000 elementary students
attended Earth Day 2010. Numerous exhibitors from state agencies, the community
and local high schools are expected to be on hand to celebrate Earth Day 2011.

Teachers Earth Day at the Capitol will feature a variety of
interactive displays and offer a multitude of ideas for teachers and students.
