By August 15 each year, the Department of Environmental Protection is required to provide a report to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House and Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability that includes the required recommendation and supporting rationale to continue, terminate or modify the agency’s association with each of the Department’s 94 CSOs.
