Services

P2 Green Opportunity Survey

globe in handsPollution Prevention (P2) Program staff, Resource Engineers Technical Assistance Program (RETAP) and District Coordinators are available to perform voluntary, non-regulatory P2 Green Opportunity Surveys to identify specific sources of pollution within a facility. Recommendations on how to prevent or reduce pollution are compiled in a final report. There is no cost for this service, it is not an inspection and all findings are confidential.

Recommendations may include improved operating procedures, material substitutions, equipment changes, process modifications and reuse options. Estimated economic and environmental benefits are provided to illustrate potential waste reduction savings.
