Total Maximum Daily Loadings (TMDL) Program information and assessment
procedures for identification of impaired waters, TMDL development process
and implementation for the reduction of pollutants in Florida's waters.
Northwest
District Water Quality Outlook
Partnering with the Escambia
County Health Department and citizen volunteers the Northwest District
DEP publishes a weekly water quality report for a recreational waters in
Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
Choctawhatchee Bay Water Quality Report
Partnering with the Okaloosa County
Environmental Council citizen volunteers, the Northwest District DEP publishes
a quarterly water quality report for Choctawhatchee Bay within Okaloosa and Walton
Counties.

biological indicators of water quality reveal the health of habitats through Eco-summary Reports, Five-year Toxicity
Surveys and Stream Condition Indexes.
