Senate Bill 2188, requires state agencies to post all public meetings, hearings and workshops to their Web site, with the exception of emergency meetings. Effective July 1, 2009, each agency is to give notice of public meetings, hearings and workshops by publication in the Florida Administrative Weekly and on the agency’s Web site, not less than seven days before the event.
