Office of Cabinet Affairs

The Office of Cabinet Affairs (OCA) serves as DEP's clearinghouse for all Cabinet Agenda items presented to the Governor and Cabinet sitting as the Board  of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and the Power Plant Siting Board. The OCA coordinates with the DEP divisions, district offices and water management districts in preparing the Cabinet Agenda items that pertain to the acquisition and use of state lands.
