HURRICANE WILMA POWER BRIEFING SHEET

Since Hurricane Wilma made landfall along South Florida on
October 24, close to 2.1 million customers have power restored.
Close to 1.43 million customers across 11 counties are without
power.
Power outages are affecting approximately 1.39 million FPL
customers, 32,190 municipal customers and 5,717 cooperative
customers.
At least 42 counties experienced power outages due to Hurricane
Wilma. Power is now 100% restored across 31 counties and fully
restored to Progress Energy Florida and TECO customers.
BROWARD COUNTY
- 58% of total customers without power.
- Approximately 508,000 of 880,373 FPL customers without
power.
- Power to be restored to FPL customers by November 22.
- Approximately 24 cooperative customers without power.
- Power to be restored to cooperative customers by November
13.
COLLIER COUNTY
- 11% of total customers without power.
- Approximately 20,000 of 177,961 FPL customers without
power.
- Power to be restored to FPL customers by November 10.
- Approximately 2,900 cooperative customers without power.
- Power to be restored to cooperative customers by November
15.
GLADES COUNTY
- 7% of total customers without power.
- Power restored to all FPL customers.
- Approximately 385 cooperative customers without power.
- Power to be restored to cooperative customers by November

- Approximately 140 municipal customers without power.

HENDRY COUNTY
- 31% of total customers without power.
