effect:
- Monroe: Mandatory evacuation for all residents.

Voluntary evacuation for barrier islands and coastal areas.
(Zone A Evacuation Zone.
- Broward: Recommended evacuation for
all residents in mobile homes.
- Collier: Voluntary evacuation
for residents in mobile homes in Goodland, Everglades City and
Chokoloskee.
