SUMMARY

As Hurricane Rita impacts South Florida, close to 24,800 customers across four counties are affected by power outages.

Power outages are affecting approximately 18,800 FPL customers, 3,500 municipal customers and 2,500 cooperative customers.

South Florida

BROWARD COUNTY

• Less than 1% of total customers without power.
• Approximately 3,800 of 880,207 FPL customers without power.

DADE COUNTY

• 2% of total customers without power.
• Approximately 14,900 of 968,480 FPL customers without power.

MONROE COUNTY

• 10% of total customers without power.
• Approximately 2,500 cooperative customers without power.
• Approximately 3,500 municipal customers without power.

PALM BEACH COUNTY

• Less than 1% of total customers without power.
• Approximately 100 of 675,759 FPL customers without power.
