Florida Emergency Information Line Deactivated

TALLAHASSEE – Due to low call volume, the State Emergency Response Team has deactivated the Florida Emergency Information Line (FEIL). Please note these other important numbers:

  • American Red Cross Missing Persons Information: 1-866-Get-Info
  • FEMA: 1-800-621-FEMA
  • Alabama Emergency Information Line: 1-205-280-2247

  • Louisiana Traffic Hotline: 1-800-256-7036
  • Mississippi Emergency Information Line: 1-601-352-9100

Due to Florida’s operational support of Hurricane Katrina response efforts across the Southeastern United States, the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee remains at a Level 1 activation.
