  • Franklin: For low lying areas; mobile homes are voluntary if accessible.


  • Calhoun: For low-lying areas.
  • Escambia: For low-lying coastal areas.
  • Santa Rosa: For low-lying areas; Navarre Beach is closed.

Toll Status

Tolls are suspended on the following roadways:

  • • Mid-Bay and Garcon Point Bridges in Florida’s panhandle

Road/Bridge Closures


  • Hwy 98 from SR 65 east to Carrabelle closed due to wash out


  • Stumphole (C.R. 30-E) at Cape San Blas from S.R. 30A to St. Joseph State Park open to local traffic only


  • U.S. 98 from Okaloosa Island to Destin closed

Airport Closures

 The airfields in Florida are "CLOSED":

  • Duke Field (EGI), Okaloosa County, closed except for official business
  • Okaloosa Regional (VPS), joint-use facility with Eglin AFB, Okaloosa County – official business only
  • Tyndall AFB (PAM), Bay County, closed except for official business only until 7/21/05
