SUMMARY

After Hurricane Dennis made landfall along Florida’s panhandle on Sunday, July 10, close to 281,775 customers across 18 counties are being affected by power outages.

Power outages are affecting approximately 9,654 Progress Energy Florida customers, 242,815 Gulf Power customers, 26,456 cooperative customers and 2,850 municipal customers.

BAY COUNTY

  • 14% of total customers without power.
  • 13,723 of 87,023 Gulf Power customers without power.
  • 75 of 11,102 cooperative customers without power.

CALHOUN COUNTY

  • 3% of total customers without power.
  • 25 of 2,444 municipal customers without power.
  • Approximately 200 of 4,359 cooperative customers without power.
  • 4 of 504 Progress customers without power.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY

  • 73% of total customers without power.
  • 100,107 of 138,535 Gulf Power customers without power.
