In 2010, the Legislature created Section 216.0153, Florida Statutes, requiring the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to submit to the Governor and Legislature by October 1 of each year a list of state owned property recommended for disposition. This report includes a list of state owned property with potential for disposition (including vacant land and land with facilities) compiled by DEP and the Department of Management Services. Also included are properties sold and properties placed under management leases since the March 1, 2011, interim disposition report.
