Recurring Revenue

State Lands’ Bureau of Public Land Administration’s Recurring Revenue Section is responsible for invoicing and collecting revenue on submerged land leases, easements, and upland leases to other governmental entities.

The Recurring Revenue Section helps lease holders answer questions about their submerged land lease fees and Chapter 18-21.011, F.A.C. It also audits the Annual Wetslip Certifications that are included with the annual billing and is sent with the annual payment.
