The property is to be sold via sealed bid “as is”, “where is”. Bids will be accepted until 10:30 a.m. EDT, May 15, 2014. Any bid received after that time will be returned to the BIDDER unopened. The Department of Environmental Protection is not responsible for bids mailed but not arriving by 10:30 a.m. EDT, May 15, 2014. All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. EDT, May 15, 2014.

The minimum acceptable bid will be $2,150,000.00. Any bids that are less than the minimum acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.

Any award made will be to the highest responsive BIDDER, provided it is in the TRUSTEES' interest to accept the bid. The TRUSTEES or the DEPARTMENT, as staff to the TRUSTEES, reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The TRUSTEES or the DEPARTMENT further reserve the right to waive any minor irregularities in any bid received.
