All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. EST, February 06, 2013.

The minimum acceptable bid will be $803,000.00. Any bids that are less than minimum acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.

The TRUSTEES or the DEPARTMENT further reserve the right to waive any minor irregularities in any bid received.
