The property is to be sold via sealed bid "as is", "where is".  Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. EST, March 16, 2012. Any bid received after that time will be returned to the BIDDER unopened. The Department of Environmental Protection is not responsible for bids mailed but not received by 10:00 a.m. EST, March 16, 2012. All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at 11:00a.m. EST, March 16, 2012.

The minimum acceptable bid will be $41,400.00. Any bids that are less than minimum acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected. Any award made will be to the highest responsive BIDDER, provided it is in the TRUSTEE' interest to accept the bid. The TRUSTEES, reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The TRUSTEES or DEPARTMENT further reserve the right to waive any minor irregularities in any bid received.
