Participants will discuss the different organisms that live in a seagrass habitat and their
importance to the community as a whole. The program will emphasize the importance of conservation
in a seagrass environment and what they can do to help; as well as, the importance of seagrass beds
in relation to their connection to other ecosystems.
The Eco-Discovery Center is located at 35 East Quay Road in the Dr. Nancy Foster Environmental Complex, on
the Truman Annex waterfront in Key West. Free parking is available.
