    Xavier Cortada celebrates his 50th birthday with the opening of "Littoral Creatures" art exhibit and the unveiling of the Seahorse/Seagrass painting that he created to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserves.

    International Coastal Cleanup (ICC)

    Volunteers will assist in an effort to clean and protect the environment by eliminating debri that injures wildlife, contaminates our beaches and waterways, and threatens boater safety.

    Paddle Out! Biscayne Bay
    Pelican Harbor Boat Ramp, 1275 NE 79th St, Miami, FL 33138
    An island excursion in the northern part of the aquatic preserves where Miami eco-artist Xavier Cortada will lead a community art project with the participants. An after party will follow from 1 - 4 pm.
