This 2.5-day course will provide participants with the tools (instructional, presentation, and
classroom management skills) needed to deliver a successful HACCP course and review submitted plans.
Participants must have completed the HACCP course and should expect an additional hour of instruction
during the traditional HACCP session as well as assignments outside of the course.
