Monthly Operation Report (MOR)

What is a Monthly Operation Report (MOR)? 

  • MORs contain flow data, chlorine residuals, other operational data, and any abnormal operating conditions for water treatment plants.

  • Monthly Operation Reports:

    • Must be submitted by all community and all non-transient non-community water systems.

    • Must be submitted by transient non-community water systems with public food service.

    • Must be submitted to the Department no later than 10 days following the month of operation.
