When will the pre-compliance report be posted?
- Once per month (on or about the 20th of the month), which is
about one week prior to the generation of violations for missing
monitoring results or maximum contaminant level (MCL) violations, we
will post a “pre-compliance” report.
What can I find on the pre-compliance report?
This spreadsheet will list water systems that
we are either missing results for or water systems that are about to
incur an MCL violation.
Please note the title of the report equates to the compliance period in
question, i.e. January 2012, 2nd Quarter 2012, End of Year 2012, etc…
The report contains the following information:
Columns A through D contain basic water
Column E notes the “Contaminant Group” in
Columns F and G indicate the number of
samples that are required and the number that were taken.
Columns H and I indicate the sampling
Column J offers a more detailed
description of the potential violation.
Column K indicates the specific
contaminant in question.
Column L indicates results if the
potential violation is an MCL violation.
The report is in Microsoft Excel format.
