The Annual Operating License Fees for
public drinking water systems in
Rule 62-4.053 F.A.C. have changed and
will be in effect for the next operating year (July 1 - June 30). The
fee will be due within 45 days of receipt of invoice.
The annual operating license fee for
community public water systems are based on the system's permitted
design capacity [listed below in Million Gallons per Day (MGD)] and are
as follows:

The annual operating license fee for
consecutive community public water systems are based on the system's
population served as reported by the system on their most recent
sanitary survey.

The annual operating license fee for
non-transient, non-community water systems shall be $100.
The annual operating license fee for
transient, non-community water systems shall be $50.
