Funding Request and Appropriation Status Report

The Contract Status Report identifies all projects as listed in the Fixed Capital Outlay Local Government Funding Requests for each fiscal year.

Contract Status Report

List of all grants and service contracts organized as follows:

• Page 1 shows status of all Bureau grants and contracts
• Page 2 tracks the federal, state, and local funding sources along with the expiration date of the grants and contracts
• Page 3 tracks new grant amendments beginning with the initiation of the draft thru execution
• Page 4 tracks new grants beginning with the initiation of the draft thru execution

Fixed Capital Outlay by Project with Allotments Report

The Fixed Capital Outlay by Project, Approved Budget with Allotments report provides a budgetary summary of each FCO account at the project level of detail.

• Allotments by Project (from the Departmental FLAIR master file)
• Under/Over Obligated Allotment Balance (allotments less disbursements, encumbrances and payables from the FLAIR)
• Project Status from FLAIR title file
• Allotment Status (either % obligated or the word "OVER" if over obligated)
