Repeal of Clean Air Mercury Rule (HG Budget Program) (Chapter 62-296)
The department is proposing to repeal Rule 62-296.480, F.A.C. This rule was adopted in 2006 to implement the federal Clean Air Mercury Rule (CAMR). In February 2008, the U.S. District Court of Appeal, District of Columbia Circuit, vacated the federal rule, thereby rendering the department's rule moot.
