Regional Haze Plan (Amended) for Florida Class I Areas 

The division has submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as a revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act, a regional haze plan as required pursuant to sections 169A and 169B of the Act and EPA regulations at 40 C.F.R. 51.308.
