Removal of Obsolete Nonattainment Area Related Revisions (Chapter 62-296)
The division is proposing rule
amendments to eliminate obsolete rule
applicability language in Chapter
62-296, F.A.C., relating to ozone
nonattainment areas. The rules
originally applied to sources located in
Florida's 1-hour ozone nonattainment
areas, all of which have been
redesignated as ozone air quality
maintenance areas. Florida currently has
no ozone nonattainment areas.
