Misc. Hg Budget/Acid Rain Rule Cleanup (Chapters 62-210, 213, 214)

The division is proposing rule amendments to remove definitions, revise forms, and delete language in Chapters 62-210 and 62-213, F.A.C., related to the vacated Clean Air Mercury Rule (CAMR) and the department's repeal of Rule 62-296.480, F.A.C. The division is also proposing to reinstate the Acid Rain Phase II NOx Compliance Plan form, which was inadvertently deleted in a previous rulemaking, and to clarify other Acid Rain program forms and language in Chapters 62-210 and 62-214, F.A.C.
