62-204.800: Federal Regulations Adopted by Reference: The purpose of this rule development is to establish specific compliance dates for units subject to the revised emission guidelines and to consider alternative requirements related to the frequency of compliance testing for hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators subject to recent revisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subparts A, Ce, and Ec, promulgated by EPA October 6, 2009.
