Incinerators 111(d) Plan
62-204.800: Federal Regulations Adopted by Reference: DEP's proposal to
submit to the EPA, as a proposed revision to Florida's 111(d) State Plan
for hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators, amendments to Rule
62-204.800, F.A.C., and required technical support material. The
proposed amendments, if adopted by the department, incorporate the
October 6, 2009, federal changes to the New Source Performance Standards
and Emission Guidelines for hospital/medical/infectious waste
incinerators.
