Incorporation of Four Florida Statutes -
Proposed SIP Revision
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) submitted a proposed revision of Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) on May 24, 2012. The proposed SIP revision is required to incorporate four Florida Statutes: ss. 112.3143(4) and 112.3144, F.S., to address the requirements of s. 110(a)(2)(E)(ii) of the Clean Air Act (CAA); and ss. 403.131 and 120.569(2)(n), F.S., to address the requirements of s. 110(a)(2)(G) of the CAA.
