Rules bar Rules and Forms Public Meetings, Hearings and Workshops Senate Bill 2188 requires state agencies to post all public meetings, hearings and workshops to their website, with the exception of emergency meetings. Effective July 1, 2009, each agency is to give notice of public meetings, hearings and workshops by publication in the Florida Administrative Weekly and on the agency's website, not less than seven days before the event.
