Current Air Rules

The Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) rule chapters listed on this page contain the state rules that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) currently uses to regulate air pollution in Florida. 

  • Chapter 62-4, F.A.C., includes general DEP permitting requirements applicable to all regulatory programs: Air, Waste and Water.

For current federal air pollution regulations that are applicable in Florida, please see Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

For former state air pollution rules, please see the Florida Department of State's Florida Administrative Code and Florida Administrative Register.
