Air General Permits - Bulk Gasoline Plants
Bulk gasoline plants are storage and distribution facilities for petroleum-based products having a Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) of 4 PSIA or greater such as gasoline, diesel fuel, mineral spirits, kerosene and lubricants. Bulk gasoline plants usually receive product from bulk terminals by trailer transport, store it in tanks, and subsequently dispense it by trucks to local farms, businesses and service stations.
