Air General Permits - Bulk Gasoline Plants

Bulk gasoline plants are storage and distribution facilities for petroleum-based products having a Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) of 4 PSIA or greater such as gasoline, diesel fuel, mineral spirits, kerosene and lubricants. Bulk gasoline plants usually receive product from bulk terminals by trailer transport, store it in tanks, and subsequently dispense it by trucks to local farms, businesses and service stations.

An optional Bulk Gasoline Plant Air General Permit Example Worksheet [Fill-able PDF - 132 kb] is available.  Bulk gasoline plants are eligible to operate in Florida under the terms of an air general permit pursuant to the requirements of the applicable Florida Rule 62-210.310(4)(a) F.A.C.
